  • Living Room: The warm and inviting living room features comfortable sofas and armchairs, a Smart TV for entertainment, a common-use bathroom, and an ice maker for refreshing drinks.
  • Dining Room: The spacious and bright dining area includes large tables, perfect for enjoying meals together or spending time with fellow guests.
  • Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen boasts state-of-the-art appliances, including two induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a wine fridge, a filtered water fountain (offering still and sparkling water), a griller, a fryer, a coffee maker, a mixer, an American coffee maker, a juice extractor, and a dishwasher.
  • Laundry Room: The laundry area is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, and everything needed for washing and caring for your clothes.

The villa features a stunning panoramic swimming pool, beautifully designed on two levels and topped with a charming bridge that you can walk across. Set amidst the lush green of the English grass, the pool area offers both elegance and tranquility.

  • Heating Option: The pool can be heated upon request (with a supplement), ensuring year-round comfort.
